LSTS Academy Training Programs: Life Skills Through Soccer™ Academy Programs are part of an intensive and innovative youth soccer development program created by Jorge Roman, LSTS Director of Training, Coaching and Player Development. The program is sponsored by LIFE SKILLS THROUGH SOCCER A NJ NONPROFIT CORPORATION based in Mercerville, NJ.
Life Skills Through Soccer: Life Skills Through Soccer, a NJ Nonprofit Corporation, is an organization dedicated to serving the needs and interests of the greater soccer community of New Jersey. Its programs, which are directed primarily toward boys and girls between the kindergarten and high-school ages, are designed as an intensive and innovative youth soccer development program.LSTS Academy: The LSTS Academy is the division of LSTS that provides services to children who are not registered with the USSF, US Youth Soccer, US Club Soccer and/or any other National Soccer Organization as LSTS FC carded members. The services that the LSTS Academy provide are intended for individuals, teams, clubs, and soccer organizations. Included but not limited to are:
- Individual training
- Group training
- Team training
- Goalkeeper training
- Soccer summer camps
- Seasonal training programs
- Coaching clinics
- Coaching seminars
- Soccer coaching and training consulting
- Soccer events consulting (league and tournament’s management)
- Soccer training exchanges (international training camps and meets)
- Indoor and outdoor league competitions
- Futsal training and league competition
All services are conducted in accordance with the Life Skills Through Soccer philosophy, which is based on educating through moral and ethical concepts, emphasizing the educational process as “the education of the whole athlete-student”.
